The HR Policy Network, a division of Berman and Company, is an invitation-only seminar group made up of HR executives in the retail and hospitality industry. The group meets twice a year in Washington, D.C. for a day-long seminar. The meeting offers the opportunity to hear from experts on a wide range of relevant industry topics. Attendees have the chance to brainstorm with one another during a peer-to-peer roundtable where they can share ideas and discuss the challenges they are facing.
